1. Website information
The information on the website is general information about solar panels, batteries and our services. It is not advice for your particular property or circumstances. Product details, images, availability and specifications can change, and images may be illustrations rather than photos of a specific LuxGrid installation. We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors.
2. Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry or quote request through the website does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to proceed. Any system recommendation, price or timeframe depends on a site assessment and is set out in a written quote. Work only goes ahead once you accept a written quote, and the terms of that quote and any customer agreement apply to the supply and installation of your system. If those terms differ from these website terms, the quote and customer agreement apply.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the consumer guarantees, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
4. Rebates, incentives and savings
Any savings, payback, rebate, incentive or certificate figures on the website or in our calculators are estimates only. Actual results depend on your energy use, tariffs, system size and orientation, weather, and the rules of each program. Eligibility for rebates, incentives and certificates is decided under the rules of the relevant program or government body, and those rules can change. We will explain what we expect to apply in your written quote, but we cannot guarantee eligibility or amounts set by third parties.
5. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- give false or misleading information in a form, or submit an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without their permission;
- interfere with the website, its security or other users, or try to access parts of it you are not allowed to access;
- send spam, malware or automated requests to the website or its forms; or
- copy or use content from the website except as allowed in section 6.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos and design, are owned by or licensed to LuxGrid Energy and are protected by Australian and international law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
